The following Terms and Conditions represent the basis upon which training is offered by tomcat driving. The provision of raining is subject to the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Driving licence and Fitness To Drive

You must hold a current valid driving licence. It could be Provisional, Full or International.
It must be produced on or in advance of the first lesson. You must be legally and medically fit to drive.

Payments and Cancellations

Lesson fees must be paid for at the time of the lesson or paid up front if purchasing a block booking. This can be by cash or bank transfer. All blocked booked lessons must be taken within 6 months of payment.
I reserve the right to cancel a lesson if it is suspected that the pupil is unfit to drive due to the effects of alcohol, drugs (prescribed or otherwise) or any other condition that would cause his/her driving to be illegal or impaired. In such circumstances the lesson fee will be payable.

Training Location

All sessions will start and finish at the same location unless alternative arrangements are made in advance. A suitable location for the lesson will be determined which will ensure public safety and pupil confidence. This means it may be necessary to drive the pupil to and from the location which forms part of the lesson as paid for.
